Can you give me ideas for my essay?

So I have to write this 500 word essay about moving on from middle school to high school. I already stated that you get a lot of homework, you need to have good behavior, you have to respect teachers, you get many exams, and also that you have to study a lot, also you have to wake up early, bring materials to cl, and finally do not believe rumors. That's all I have talked about on mh paper. There is also rules I have putted. So I ran out of ideas, what else would you tell an 8th grader about starting high school? Thanks! I only have 235 words... Lol
