Could the solution to the oil spill simply be in the return of a big favor the U.S. did for Saudi Arabia ~~?

I have thought the same thing all along...The only thing standing in the way of using tankers to clean up the mess is the " cost "....Guess that is what you get when you deal with a company like BP and Halliburton....Perhaps they could unload the oil and salt water mix in Houston where the " DECISIONS " come from..You can clearly see where their efforts are with that dog and pony show of clean-up when the president came calling.....
