Do men realize that many strippers & escorts are actually post-operative M2F tranuals?

this is more of an answer to uppercutsmash a lot of changes like that happens because of hormone injections. I know this because I have alot of trans friends both MtF and FtM. But to answer your question alot of people date trans people and don't even know unless they tell them. For example a trans guy can have a phalioplasty (sp?) and if he has rods put in can a woman and she would never know it was a postoperative trans and actually even before then you can buy appendages that you can glue on that looks and feels exactly like the real thing. So I'm sorry but you would never know. And also add the fact that most people don't want to know...
