Will get kicked off Big Brother 8 for stuffing the blue ball into Jameka's tube in the POV?

A half hour's review of the video and I found that in tonight's (9/6/07) Big Brother 8 POV competition, clearly had a blue ball in his hand and the proximity to Jameka's tube to stuff it in and disqualify her. Now CBS isn't running the live web feed. Hmmmmm...what do you think?
