You need to take her to the vet as soon as you can. She probably has either conjunctivitis (a contagious eye infection) or an injury. The only way to tell which one she has is by special drops the vet will put in her eye and use a black light to see and check for injury. Don't use any drops on your own. Antibiotic drops for an eye infection will make her go blind if she has an injury in her eye.
