What happens to the ruh of a child?

ala mu alaikum.I have so much to learn about Islam.I have always wondered what happens to our souls after we die as we can only enter jannah after judgment day.Also can you tell me what happens to everyone else's souls too.One more thing those that are cremated can they feel it?Allah is truly the greatest.Jazak Allah to those who have given me the truthful answer.
