Am I crazy for trying this workout program?
Well, it certainly is a large variety, but I don't think that has anything to do with the difficulty. If you are working out 2 hrs a day, then that's it, two hours a day is your workout sched, which isn't alarming. The variety of programs though could potentially have a great effect on your fitness to be honest, as the body loves variety when it comes to being physically healthy (it's not until recently we started performing repetitive movements to increase fitness, as fitness was natural for developing humans). But you probably already knew that variety is a good thing. Like you said just be cautious of not over-training a certain muscle group (though lightweight exercises like in most workout programs will have a hard time of causing long term damage to your muscle), and you will be fine. It should be an interesting experiment to see your results. Also, don't be afraid to push yourself, you aren't going to die (even figuratively), so give yourself goals and progress through them, don't just do the motions because you are afraid of working too hard. And lastly, be sure to eat and sleep regularly since two hours per day is a large workload especially for someone new to working out. Good luck.
