At what age should we start teaching my daughter to use utensils?

I have a 14 month old that is a champ at eating with her hands. I am just curious when other moms began teaching their children to use forks and spoons. Also, how did you go about teaching it? My daughter loves to feed herself. She will eat off of my fork or spoon if I offer her my food, but she won't eat an entire meal of somebody feeding her with an utensil.
