Can debt collectors or bank have chance to find person outside uk? If they moved from the UK to Abroad?

The debts 7,000 uk pounds its with american express and the collector is robinson way and co surly it will be a hard job for the collector seeing that no one in my family or anyone i know will provide the collector with details of which country i move to!! and besides i don'nt care about my credit rating THIS DEBT HAPPENDED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM and also i'd like to point out that i belive most countrys do not have agreements with collectors abroad your thoughts?
