Employers: Do you think a man makes a better employee/worker for you if he is MARRIED or SINGLE (unattached)?

I think that married men are more attractive in an employer's eyes because they are obviously not skittish of commitment or responsibilities, meaning that they will most likely show up to work on time and complete their work in a timely manner.
