I need an 8th grade dance dress.?

Ok I'm having trouble searching for an 8th grade dance dress. I'm about 5'3", thin and have medium length dark brown hair. Our school went crazy with dress code for the dance. All dresses must have straps and they cannot be more than 6 inches above the knee. I would like a dress that is spring- ish and youthful, but not kiddy. Our dance is April 30. I wear a 0 or 1.
