Selling clothes'plz answer!?

What's the name of a place and it's like goodwill or salvation army but when your clothing gets sold you get money back? I'm tired of giving my clothes away and not getting my money back. Not to sound bratty or snobby ,but I don't wear my clothes like more than 3 times to the same place(maximum) and I just don't like spending my money and then just giving the clothes away and not getting money back. And no I'm not talking about eBay. It's a store and I saw it one time on a commercial.
