Which university would be right for me?

I'm Canadian, and I've narrowed down my choices to Mcgill, Queen's, Western, McMaster, and Waterloo. I want to study psychology as an undergrad and then go on to med school. I currently have an average of 95% in high school, but I'm coming from a low income family, so I need all the scholarships I can get. I'd be content in a small university town or a large city, but I'd like some diversity and culture wherever I go. I'm also very laid-back and not much of a partier.
