Bluetooth Headset Echo?

I recently bought orchid Universal Bluetooth headset for mobile and PC. It works fine but other person complains of echo and finds is REALLY IMPOSSIBLE to talk. I am feeling very choppy. Please suggest what can be the problem in this case....
