Should we experiment on prisoners instead of animals?

I think anybody who has murdered or d should be tested on! Especially with medications. Not only could you see how it would affect a human being, but most FDA approved medications are deadly anyways, so you would be killing them and giving the electric chair a break! lol At least, you would be here in Texas!
